4. Quotations
4.1 Quote Validity
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Prices may be subject to change after the validity period
- Quotes are based on information provided by the customer
4.2 Site Survey
- Final quotes may be adjusted following a site survey
- Any additional work discovered during survey will be quoted separately
- Customers will be informed of any changes before work commences
5. Orders and Contracts

12. Complaints Procedure
